Hyperlinks

Recently switched from Windows/Outlook 2003 -- which allowed me to embed
long internet addresses into a single word.

E.g. I could write:

Check *this* site out.

But in the above example, the word *this* would actually be a hyperlink to
some impossibly long url that I copied/pasted from my browser's address bar.

So far I haven't figured out how to do this in Entourage 2004 on my OS X
(10.4.3).

It can be done, using Word. See here:
