I already installed powerpoint viewer program but I still can't o.

[can't open pps extension files on ppw]

I keep having pps extension files attachments sent to me from friends but I
can't open them. I've been adviced to download the viewer powerpoint program
which I have done but it seems that it is doing nothing or may be I am doing
it right. What is the procedure to follow to be able to open and view those
files

After you downloaded the viewer, did you install it?

Are you receiving error messages? What happens when you double-click a PPS
file on your harddrive? Assuming that you're receiving these via email, you
might try saving them to your harddrive and then opening them as opposed to
opening them directly from the email.
