I bought the labels above, I have Office 2003 on my pc, and can't find this
code in the selection. Tried putting in the dimensions myself, but it just
doesn't work and can't get the info to fit on the labels, have wasted too
many now, so if you can help I would be grateful

The product number should be J8651, not J8551. (I don't know whether
8551 might be an older number, or if you misread it.)

In the label dialog, click the Options button. Set the "Label
products" dropdown to "Avery A4 and A5 sizes" and then select J8651
from the list. These are 65 labels (5 across by 13 down) on an A4
sheet.

Sometimes similar stock numbers are the same label with a different color
border or (in the case of cards) printed design, card stock, etc.
