I can not open up my attachments.

This is the message I get for all files. PDF, Excel and word documents when I try to open them.

"There was an error opening this document. There was an error reading this document (14)."

If anyone can tell me how to fix this problem, I will greatly appreciate it.

Make sure you have downloaded the entire message. Often users have set in
Accounts to partially download messages. There should be a link at the top
of the message to download entire message.
