I cannot delete a large item in my outbox in Outlook 2003

Best thing to do is
1) File > Work Offline
2) Close Down all programs (including Outlook)
3) Reboot Your Computer
4) Open Outlook
5) Highlight the message clogging your outbox, and SHIFT + DELETE, to
permenantly delete the message
