I cannot disable automatic e-mail reply

I set up an automatic reply while I was on vacation. Now, I cannot disable it. I've deleted the rule and now it's kicking back two automated responses every time someone sends me an e-mail.

Is there any steps that I have missed?

You can create these auto-replies two ways: through a rule on Entourage
tiself which will then auto-reply to all incoming e-mails, or through a
rule on your e-mail server itself.

Check the server to see if it could be set there. It often is on the
options of the Webmail page.
