I cannot get email from all aol users

Family is converting over to Microsoft Outlook 2003 but we cannot receive
email from everyone in aol. We do receive it from several people but I
cannot even recieve it from my own aol account. When I send from aol I do
not get an error message stating it is not being delivered. Is this in the
set up of Outlook or Aol and where do I look to fix the problem.
