I cannot get outlock contact flags to display in Reminders

While I can set the date and time for the "Follow-Up Flag" associated with a
contact, they WILL NOT display in my plain old Reminders list that I get for
calendar entries.

I really need this. I must assume that Outlook and Outlook Business Contact
Manager can support this, but for whatever reason it does not work.

Any help or further thoughts out there would be greatly appreciateed.
