I cannot install Office 93 from the disk MS sent to me.

I just received the disk and it will not install. It loads files, makes
registry entries, then stops. I left the install program on all night, and
not even an error message! This is a nightmare dealing with Microsoft. I
ordered the disk twice, and neither disk can be installed.

You'll need to contact Microsoft support directly since I
never heard of "Office 93".
