I installed office 2000 pro from cd when I tried to open word,excel, any of the the suits the program loads and a prepairing to install dialog pops up but it doesnt finish the program closes. I also do not have a uninstall or repair in the the startmenu/programs/office? Also when I try add/remove programs clicking on the office 2000 sr-1 pro icon it does the same thing prepairing install/gathering information, but it does not finish its just disapears. I sure would be cool if somebody could inlighten me please I would really apreciate (is this misspelled?) it. Thanks Dave.
