I don't see why a dab of CSS on that page wouldn't do the trick.

I'm really quite bad with the code. I copied and pasted without actually
understanding with FrontPage editor.
Can anyone just direct me what is the exact code?

You have a style sheet attached to both pages (images-new/triplebit.css)
But the styles in the style sheet are not applied to the html tags in your inquiry page (or the tags you are using are not defined
in the style sheet)
Applying the style is done by applying the name style class to html tags in your page
One way to do it is to open you home page and the inquiry page in your FP Web
Select a tag in your home page and select the format painter icon
- then select you inquiry page and paint over the text you want the same style applied on
