i can't forward email

I have Microsoft outlook (2000) I get an error mesage when forwarding email
(550.5.7.1 authenication required) any ideas to fix this

It seems that you need to enable Outgoing server (SMTP) authentication, you
can chang it in mail account properties. Enable it for each account you
have.
