I can't get my rules to work

I'm using Entourage X and I can't get any rules to work for my Pop
account. I have one set up to move mail with certain criteria to go to
my junk mail folder. The one I have for my IMAP account works but not
the one for my POP account.

It will work if I manually click on the Apply Rule for that rule but not
even for Apply All Rules.

Any suggestions?

That would indicate that a POP Rule higher up in the POP Rules list has the
"Do not apply other rules to messages that meet these criteria" checked (and
will not be uncheckable if it moves messages to a folder or runs a script),
and that all the messages you want to catch with the Junk rule lower down
also meet the criteria of the rule higher up. take a good look at the logic
of "If ANT criteria are met" (where you may have meant "If ALL criteria are
met") in all rules. Or perhaps they meet the criteria for a Mailing List
Rule where you have not unchecked "Do not apply other rules" in the Mailing
List Manager. The MLM runs first.
