The syntax is wrong for sure, I can't get it right.

Try this:

=IF(AND(F3>8,OR(B2={"S","R"})),(F3-8)*K3*1.5,0)

Looks like a time sheet!

Yes it is a time sheet with s and r being variables of determining if O.T.
is paid or not.
