I bought several of the Microsoft Step by Step books and loaded the CD. I
get all of the practice emails showing up in the new message pane but the
Practice files won't open for Calendar, Managing, Meetings, Organizing, etc.
It shows the little boxes and tells me something might not be loaded. Please
help.
