I can't repair, reinstall, remove Office XP Professional w/ Frontp

I can't repair, reinstall or remove my Office XP Professional w/ Frontpage.

Every time I try to reinstall, remove or repair it, I get the message: "The
installation source for this product is not available. Verify that the
source exists and that you can access it." This includes using Add/Remove
Programs and running Setup manually.

What can I do to solve this problem? Please help.
