I Can't Use Hyperlinks Embedded In My Emails

The subject says it all. I get a message from Microsoft Outlook every time I
click on a hyperlink in an email. The message says:

Microsoft Outlook

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator.

I am using Windows XP Home Edition and Outlook 2002 SP3.
