I deleted Mac Mail. Now I can't make Enoturage my default mail client.

I deleted Mail that came with os X. Unforunately, within that
application lies, I believe, the only way to make Entourage my
preferred or default mail client. Any suggestions?

You should go into the control panel --> internet and there choose your
default e mail client
