I deleted the microsoft folder from my document folder now I'm missing all my contacts! help!!!

I accidentally deleted the Microsoft Folder that was in my Documents
Folder on my Harddrive. Now all of my contacts and emails that were
imported into Entourage are gone! I emptied out my trash can an hour
ago and don't know if there is anything I can do to save them! Please
help! Thanks-Cameron

No, there's nothing you can do. It sounds like you don't make backups.

Ib future:

1) Make backups regularly. There's lots of software that can do this
automatically for you if you're likely to forget.

2) Never delete the Microsoft User Data folder. Guess what? It has all your
Microsoft user date. In particular your Entourage identity database files
with all your Entourage data.

3) Don't empty the trash until you're sure it has nothing you still need.

Well, you know that now.
