I don't use entourage for mail

I only use entourage for the "calendar", "address book", and "notes"
functions - not for my mail. Yet, when I open entourage the default
window is "mail". I can't seem to find a preference to eliminate the
windows I don't need. I would like only the three windows mentioned
above to open when I open entourage.
Anyone know how I can do this? I am using Mac OSX.
