I get a classfactory error when I try to add Flash to Powerpoint.

Hello,
My name is Adam, I have been having problems getting flash onto my
powerpoint presentations, it gives me an error message telling me that I
dan't have a classfactory. Can someone help? Thank you for you're attention.
