I get an SQL confirmation question

When I load a .dot file which is a mail-merge document, I get a confirmation
question:
Opening this document will run the following SQL command:
Then it gives the name of the table
Then it says "Data from the database will be placed in your document. Do
you want to continue?" I always want to continue. How do I turn this
confirmation off?
