I am hopeful someone can help me with this.
I use a Mac, and I have a saved copy of the database I need to retrieve some
email from. Unfortunately, I think my problem is due to the fact that I
didn't duplicate the whole identity folder, just the database and rules
files.
When I create a new identity folder and put these old files into it, I
always get an error message when I try to switch identities. It tells me
the database is unreadable and must be rebuilt. I do this. But all the old
data is lost and the new database file is only 14mb instead of 1.3 GB.
Can someone please help me?
