I get this error message and can't seem to find a fix

Just loaded Office 2003 from Office 2K. Run XP-Home right now

Did an "upgrade" install first, got this error
"The message interface has returned an unknown error. If a problem persists restart Outlook" when trying to send, forward or do any other action in Office

Then did an uninstall then a "complete" install and had to same problem
