I have 4 GB RAM, 180 GB free HD, Not eough resources error

I have 4 GB RAM, 180 GB free HD space, opened only one Excel document, and
getting "Not eough resources available" error.

Please help me resolve this issue.

Excel has internal limits below those of your physical machine.
What sort of workbook is it?
