I keep getting an unkown error(0x800c8105) please help me!

Hi, I keep getting an unkown error (0x800c8105) in outlook 2002 when I try to
retrieve my e-mail... I already uninstall Norton, so I can see if that was
the cause but it wasn't.

I have windows xp pro with 2gb of ram
60gb hard drive


please help!!!!! and thank you Spider
