really a good idea but.......

Which program were you going to use? (Please don't say Word.)

I see lots of advertisement templates here
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/results.aspx?qu=advertisement&av=TPL000,
but I don't see any vertical ones. Perhaps you can start with one of these
and change the page dimensions to match those the RealEstate Book gives.
They should have some type of guidelines for advertisers that includes ad
dimensions.
