I need an electronic calendar to share at work

I need to schedule activities for several special needs classrooms and I need
to share the information with three seperate supervisors as well as their
secretaries. I need an easy to understand and read calendar that I can
customize. I am looking for a school calendar that shows the entire school
year and yet has space for me to write in to discribe the activities. I
might be able to use the birthday calendar template if it was adapted to the
school calendar year. I also do not understand the process of downloading
this, to where? How do I access this? Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.

When you click the download button a window pops up allowing you to specify
where to save the file.
I suggest you have a MyCalender folder within MyDocuments. To open it you
double click the file in the folder OR use File|Open and point to
MyDocuement\MyCalendear\.....
