I need to be able to edit on one screen and show on the other. Is this also
possible? My presentation is a song service. It by nature must be flexible.
I need to be able to add or subtract from the running presentation.

Do you mean you actually need to edit text? or you simply need to jump around
from slide to slide? I also use powerpoint to show lyrics of songs, and the
best way I handle it is, using presenter view. You choose that option under
"slide show" "set up show"

If I read this correctly, you need to be able to edit a show as it's running
so your changes show up on the presenting monitor? Kind of like live closed
captioning?

Missionmann,

This might just do what you need to do

SundayStar addin introduces the following slide show features in a machine
supporting multi-monitor configuration:

a.. Configure to start multiple slide shows on a monitor simultaneously.
b.. Each slide show has a keyboard shortcut associated with it. Switch
between slide shows using the keyboard shortcuts.
c.. Slide design view stays in-sync with slide show.
d.. Slide show stays in-sync with slide design view.

You will need "multi monitor" ability on your computer.

Or you will need 2 computers and some kind of switcher, to flick between the
2 computers
