I need to import contacts to XP Outlook from mac Entourage

I am switching from mac to PC, using Office Professional 2003 on XP
Professional.
I was using office:mac and my contacts are on Entourage. I know all
Entourage files are saved on the mac in a folder called Microsoft User Data -
but who knows how to get into it to copy the contacts?
