I need to stop e-mail from an address using all capitals but I al.

I get spam e-mail from an address daily, even though I blocked it in OUTLOOK.
The problem is my blocking is "lower case" letters and the sender uses all
capital letters, which are not being blocked by Outlook.

Please help.
