I need to transfer my AOL addresses to Outlook.......Help!!!

I have a large office database and have just switched to
Outlook from AOL. I need to somehow transfer the address
book into Outlook or Outlook Express. Any Ideas??

You need to find out how to export your contacts from AOL,
then save them as a .CSV (windows) file. CSV stands for
comma seperated value which will save the file with a .CSV
extension. Go to Outlook and click on >file >import and
export, this will bring up a wizard that will walk you
threw how to import a file (CSV) into outlook from another
program.
