I need to write a formula for a VLOOKUP to put 0 instead of #N/A .

The standard way to do this is:

=IF(ISNA(VLOOKUP(....)),0,VLOOKUP(....))

Try this
=IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP(A1,B110,2,FALSE))=TRUE,0,VLOOKUP(A1,B110,2,FALSE))
