I tried everything to remove a Trial Version of Office 2007

I have been searching this site goin on 3 hours, trying to find out how to
remove a preinstalled version of office 2007 that came with my computer. i
did find a suggestion that someone wrote that came from MS knowledge base,
but the instructions were so complex when it came to changing the registry.
Is there an easier way to remove this from my computer. this version office
interfears with my internet as well as my office xp and outlook express
email. anything that anyone can offer i would apprecite. The other
suggestions did not help.

You have to follow the instructions from the KB article on 'how to remove
trial version'
Create a restore point prior to starting the procedure.
Installing an earlier version after a later version will allways lead to
problems, you will have to repair your Officexp version after the removal of
the trial.
Since OE is a completely seperate app, to Office, it may be that you have
other probs

I tried that, I was very complicated, not all of the steps worked and by the
time i got to the end when you had to export the registry keys, i was totally
confused. There are 11 steps for the different keys to change, and in each
folder there were about 4 or 5 files that had to be exported, do i do each
one or just the MAIN key. very difficult, computers should not come with
programs that you cannot easily remove, if there not meant for you to have at
time of purchase, the should not even pre-install them. but thanks for you
help.
