I want to create a overview analysing 9 seperate workbooks of data

I am trying to bring information from 9 workbooks into 1 - which I have been
successful at where the information in the 9 workbooks is in an identical
place - effectively I have created a data page which is identical in each of
the 9 workbooks.

My problem is that I would like to take this a stage further and try to
capture rows of information from 9 worksheets where the only specific
identification in the row would be (say) a word "Hot". It is important to
note that some sheets may have multiple rows with the word "Hot" and some
sheets will have only one or two rows with the word "Hot" - some may not have
it at all. I would like to create one document that captures all the "Hot"
rows, providing me with all of the information that is displayed on the
original row.
