It is possible, but I would NOT NOT NOT (did I say not enough?) recommend
it.

Yo Page,

Why did you want to use PowerPoint to do this? As Echo and Austin have said
(far more tactfully than I would have) PowerPoint is the wrong tool for
building a website from scratch. This is doubly true because there are some
truly outstanding programs that are were designed just for building
websites.

This having been said, there are reasons that PowerPoint might be able to
help you with ASPECTS of a web page. I would still strongly suggest getting
the bulk of the work done using a website program, not PowerPoint. Could
you tell us a bit more about your project so we can help point you towards a
better application or at least a better mix of programs?
