I want to know if the receiver reads the email

Hello

I want to send an email to my collegues at work, and then I want to see if
they have read their email. Where is this function in entourage? I cant find
it. I always used this on windows outlook.

I've always found that the best way it to ask them to respond. Even
with the 'return receipt' (which many like myself turn off), there is
no guarantee that they actually read your email, they may have simply
clicked through it.
