I work from 3 separate machines and want to have the same contacts and
calendar on each. The *.pst file is about 2GB whereas the contacts and
calendar flies (when exported) are only about 1MB each. I want to avoid
having to export each of them at the end of every session and to have them
save as seperate files that can then be automatically synched.
Any ideas?

the easiest answer is to set up a free Yahoo mail account and then download
and use on each machine the Yahoo Intellisynch. application. That allows you
to synch both ways each version of Outlook Contacts, calendar and tasks with
Yahoo.
