I want to set up my initial e-mail connection to RoadRunner

I cannot get started because I get an Internet Explorer message that asks "Do
you want to allow software such as ActiveX controls and plug-ins? When I
answer yes Microsoft Internet Explorer says "Your current security settings
prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page. As a result, the page may not
dosplay correctly."
In my secutity setup I believe I am "Engage" for this type of download so I
am at a loss on what to do.
