I want to try One Note 2003. Need to register first. Where? How?

I would like to try MS's One Note 2003 free trial. In order to download the
trial file I need to register first. The site does not tell me in an obvious
way where to go or how to register. Can any one give me an idea where to
look? Apparently, I just can't see the forest for the trees.

Click the "get download button" this will take you to the registration page.
If you have problems with the download or installation you can order a trial
cd kit.
