I want you to know how much I ABSOLUTELY HATE your updated versio.

It takes forever to get through your baby-ish dialogue boxes. what used to
take 5 minutes is now an excruciating exercise in teaching someone who knows
nothing how to do a mail merge, etc. YOU STINK and have cause me a lot of
grief. I HATE it beyond belief. Sorry if you don't want to hear it, but it
is true.
