iCal and ntourage calendar syncing

Entries I make in iCal sync into Entourage but it doesn't work the other way around. None of my Entourage calendar entries show up in iCal.

Yes. This what I have found out. When I enter a entry in iCal it will show up in entourage but not the other way.
