iCal stopped syncing with Entourage

Version: 2004
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Email Client: pop

iCal suddenly stopped pulling information from Entourage 2004. I have deleted plist files, reset sync history, made sure the entourage preferences were checked for sync, rebooted multiple times. even tried downloading Syncotopia (spell?), but could not make head or tails of this.

Apple says it's not iCal and it's not iSync.

Help!

PS I can import the data from Entourage into iCal, but I would prefer not to have to do this manually.

Click on the Sync button in Syncrospector and this should do the trick.
