Yes, "Sync Entourage-iCal" by Paul Berkowitz does this.

I forgot to mention that the product below only works with Entourage 2004.
I do not know of any comparable software for Entourage X.

and PocketMac GoBetween. I've tested both and the scripts Paul Berkowitz made
ran smoothly whereas I ran into very serious issues synchin data with
GoBetween (but I focussed more on address book than calendar synching).
