Icon on All Forms

I'm trying to get my Application Icon to be present in the caption bar
on all my forms.

I have tried using the utitlity on Dev's site, but am having no luck.
The icon just will not appear on my switchboard form. I'm using
Access 2003.

This ability is built into ms-access now.

Tools->startup

Set the application icon, and then check the box that reads:

[x] Use as Form and Report Icon
