This seems to be a strange situation. The dialog box that comes up when I
want to delete an email has somehow picked up an icon from a Photoshop image
that I had been working on. Based on the confirmation dialogs in the other
Office applications, I assume the icon on the message should be the
Entourage E. How did that other icon get there and how do I change it?
