Icons to Outlook 2003

I have WinXP Home and Outlook 2003 installed on my notebook computer.

I would like to have 2 distinct icons on my Windows desktop:
Icon 1 – Outlook opens directly to my mails
Icon 2 – Outlook opens directly to my calendar
How can I implement that?

1; copy the default icon which can be found in the Start Menu
2; create a shortcut which links to C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\Office11\Outlook.exe" /select outlook:calendar
check your path to Outlook!
