Icons?

I am using Entourage OS X and would like to know if I can make the icons
for Mail Address Book Calendar Etc. the ones in the upper left corner
smaller and in a strip across the top of the screen. Like a item or tool
bar. I work this way at home but cannot find where this feature is located
so that I can make it this way. They currently are large square box like
buttons on my work copy. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

In the general preferences, under the general tab, check 'use small
navigation icons (maximise folder listing)'.

Note: names & locations are taken from v2004, but should be close enough to
guide you into the right place.
