Idap.411 directory search - Why?

I can't figure out why every few minutes my progress bar shows a search
happening for the above directory. This didn't happen automatically for me
prior to installing Office 2004.

Go to Entourage > Preferences, and, under "Mail & News Preferences", click
"Compose". Uncheck the options to "Automatically check names when sending
messages" and to "Search directory services when addressing messages". That
should take care of it; if not, you can just delete the Directory Service
accounts in Tools > Accounts.
