Is there a way to easily identify which identity I am using. I had to create several with different variations of the same name and I want to delete the ones I don't need but I can't tell which one is active. The files dates are evidently when I created them as there don't show todays date as the active one.

Download script and place it in the Entourage Script Menu Items folder.

<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/downloads/scripts/Identity_List_Name.zip>

Select the script from the squiggly S in the menu bar. It will tell you the
name of the Identity.

Tip: Create a folder with the name of the Identity.

This is a change that bugs me too. Send feedback to add your vote on getting
it back.

When working in Office, you can use the ³Send Feedback² option under the
Help menu in all of the Office applications to contact MacBU.

Or... Visit the Mactopia Product Feedback link here:

Thanks again Diane, this is a perfect answer and I did make a suggestion To MSFT as you suggested. I also like the new changes (the ability to tell people what system, version your running, etc.)in this forum hopefully the other problems are fixed as well.

I'm sure the Mactopia gang will appreciate your feedback. They are rolling
out improvements in stages. We are helping to test before going live. The
MVPs have been their biggest critics since we live in the newsgroups.
Thankfully, they are listening and working on making this a better place to
get help.
